The building housing the hotel, which offers 13 rooms in total, dates back to 1654. The air-conditioned hotel has a lobby area with 24-hour reception and check-out service, safe and currency exchange facilities. Guests may relax in the caf or TV lounge, dine in the restaurant and take advantage of the conference facilities and laundry service. There is a car park for guests arriving by car.

This historical hotel is located just 3 km from the centre of Menfi with its various shopping venues and bus and train stations. The hotel, situated on a promontory, overlooks the Vallone region lying to the north east of Menfi, through which the S. Vincenzo River runs. It is in the centre of a region known for archaeology, monuments, rural areas and baths. The coast is just 1 km from the hotel, which is 80 km away from Palermo Airport and 200 km from Catania Airport.

The hotel's rooms are furnished according to the local tradition. The suites have a panoramic terrace, the rooms look on to the blooming Sicilian countryside and the doubles face the yard. The suites comprise a wide and bright bedroom, a living room with a double day bed, a bathroom and a big panoramic terrace facing the sea. All accommodation units are fitted with a bathtub/shower, direct dial telephone, TV, double bed, individually regulated air conditioning and heating and an in-room safe.

Guests can enjoy a game of pool/snooker and a swimming pool, sauna, tennis courts and other recreation areas are currently under construction.

From the north of the island, take the Palermo-Sciacca national road and, after subway nr 28, turn down a southward street which crosses a private estate (Via Ischia). Coming from the south (Menfi), take the ex 115 road towards Sciacca for 4 km, then turn down the street which crosses the estate (via Ischia).
